Your data, explained.

This is a demo version of the SHAUMAN platform. Test pickup and delivery orders are saved in the admin panel and are not automatically sent to the restaurant. Do not enter real customer data during testing.

Order data

The form saves your first name, phone number, optional email, order items and value, and chosen location to process the order. Saved data is only available after an administrator signs in. For delivery we also store the address supplied with the order. Street search sends the city and street query to Photon/OpenStreetMap, without contact details or apartment number. You can enter an address manually without searching.

Marketing

Consent to SMS and email offers is voluntary and separate. It is not required to place an order. This version of the system does not send marketing campaigns.

Analytics

Order statistics are generated on the server. Google Analytics measures traffic and submitted orders; Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings. Both services start only after you agree. Clarity masks text and the checkout form. We do not send contact details or customer identifiers to analytics. You can withdraw consent using the analytics settings button.

Before commercial launch

The restaurant must provide the data controller’s details, legal bases, retention periods, data recipients, and how customers can exercise their rights. This page describes the prototype and does not replace the final GDPR privacy notice.
